Refund Policy

Effective Date: 8/17/2025

 

At Echoes of Life, all products are custom-made on demand and fulfilled by Printify and their suppliers. Because of this, no returns or exchanges are permitted for reasons such as wrong size, color, or change of mind.

 

1. What Happens If a Product Is Damaged or Defective?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t match the description:

  • Report the issue within 30 days of delivery via our support email: [insert your support email], including clear photos showing the problem and your order ID.

  • We’ll work with Printify to get you a free reprint or refund (as Printify credit) for the affected item.

  • There’s no need to return the original item.

 

2. What About Lost Deliveries?

If delivery fails:

  • Depending on the situation, Printify may offer a reprint or partial refund.

 

3. Limitations and Responsibilities
  • No refunds or reprints for incorrect size, color selection, or changes of mind.

  • Minor printing variances (e.g., up to 0.5” shift in print placement) are not eligible as defects.

  • Printify credit refunds are issued to your Printify account balance, which you can withdraw back to your original payment method.

4. Timing Matters
  • 30-day clock begins when your item is marked as delivered on Printify.

  • The faster you report the issue with photos, the faster resolution can happen.

 

5. How to Submit a Claim

To report a problem:

  1. Email echoesoflife.social@gmail.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Photo(s) of the issue

    • Brief description of the problem

  2. We’ll submit the claim to Printify on your behalf and update you with the resolution.
