At Echoes of Life, all of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled through Printify and their network of third-party print providers. Because of this, shipping times, costs, and methods are managed directly by Printify and their suppliers, not by Echoes of Life.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed automatically once placed and sent to Printify’s fulfillment partners.

• Processing time may vary depending on the product and supplier but generally takes 2–5 business days before shipment.

 

 

Shipping Times & Delivery

• Shipping times vary depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order.

• Domestic (U.S.) orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after fulfillment.

• International orders may take longer due to customs, local postal services, and international logistics.

• Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

 

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on Printify’s rates for your region.

• Any promotions, discounts, or free shipping offers are automatically applied at checkout if available.

 

 

Tracking Information

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if provided by the supplier).

• Tracking availability and detail may vary depending on the supplier and destination.

 

 

Delays & Issues

• Echoes of Life is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, natural events, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

• If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at echoesoflife.social@gmail.com, and we will work with Printify and their supplier to resolve the issue where possible.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

• Because all items are print-on-demand and custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, size issues, or style preferences.

• Defective, misprinted, or damaged items are eligible for replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence, and we will coordinate with Printify for a resolution.

 

 

International Shipping

• Customers outside the U.S. may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
